World Book Day P6

P6 Euroquiz 2014

Very well done to our P6 Team who gained a highly respectable 43 out of a possible 60 points in the 2014 Euroquiz at City Chambers on Wednesday 5th March and had great fun. There was an exciting three way tie at the end between Stewart's Melville, St George's and Bruntsfield, with Bruntsfield taking first place. Congratulations to all! Thank you to Mrs Nowell for accompanying and to all the event organisers. We took a few snaps to mark the occasion!

P6 Netball Success

Thank you to all the parents who supported P6 netball girls in a Round Robin tournament at Firrhill High School on Friday 28th February. Thank you to Clem Friend and Susan McConville for updates and photographs.

"The P6 girls did really well at their netball tournament on Friday and they were undefeated in all of their games.  They played 6 games in total and won 3 and drew 3.

The whole team played really well and were very well behaved, thanking all of the refs and other teams at the end.

A huge thanks to netball coach Emmylou Harris for all the hard work she has put in to coaching them."  Clem Friend
